  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

  • Delivery Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer.

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-returnable Items: Sale items, digital products, and gift cards are final sale.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
